Preparing Healthy Breakfast For Your Kids: 6 Ideas

1) Breakfast Smoothies With Fruits

To save time, you can also prepare the smoothie overnight and keep it in the fridge. Serve the smoothie in bowls so that the kids can have it with a spoon. You can also add a teaspoon of coconut flakes, a pinch of cinnamon, some flax and sesame seeds (and a few nuts for me).

Once the water is boiled, turn off the heat and grate the apples as it cooks. Put the oatmeal in a bowl and stir in the grated apple, cinnamon, and raisins. You can top it off with a sprinkle of flax seeds for more nutrients.
